I bought coins and they didn't arrive.
Open Shop and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom, or the same button in Settings. If they still don't appear, email us with the date of the purchase and we'll sort it out.
I changed phones — where did my progress go?
Progress is saved on the device itself, so it does not travel to a new phone yet, and deleting the app clears it. Cross-device sync is something we want to add. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and always come back with Restore Purchases.
Are there ads?
No. Cubean has no advertising of any kind, and no timers or lives waiting to run out.
How do I get more coins without paying?
By playing. Finishing levels, three-star wins, daily streaks, reward chests every ten levels, weekly league placings and live events all pay coins. The Piggy Bank also saves a quarter of everything you earn.
I'm stuck on a level.
Every level is winnable. Rotate the cube before you twist — matches connect around the edges and corners, so the line you need is often half-hidden on another face. Boosters from the shop can help on a level that's fighting you.
The colors are hard to tell apart.
Turn on Colorblind Mode in Settings — it adds a distinct shape to every color.
How do I turn off reminders?
Settings › Reminders. You can also turn them off for good in the iOS Settings app under Notifications.
